Where are classes held?

We have recently relocated to Valdosta, Ga. I am available to provide services in areas of Florida and Georgia outside of Lowndes County with advanced notice. Alternative locations can be reserved; I require adequate notice to secure class locations. A fee may be applied for alternative locations. Virtual options are also available via Microsoft Teams or ZOOM platforms

Do you require a deposit?

Full payments are due at the time of booking for individual appointments. For group classes, a deposit may be due at the time of booking. Deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost due at the time of service. 

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? 

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to cancel in a timely manner will result in only 50% of the payment being refunded.  If you must reschedule, your payment will be applied to the new appointment. 

If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, please call me directly.

 NO CALL, NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FEE FOR SERVICE.

Do you travel?

 I am available to travel for group classes and speaking engagements.

Am I available for speaking engagements?

Yes, I accept the request to speak at various events, including, but not limited to, community health fairs, professional development, and career fairs. Fees are assessed based on the type of event, location, and estimated attendance.
